Our 12-month rotational Graduate Development Programme places you inside a world class manufacturing environment where engineering, technology and operational excellence come alive.

You will:

  •  Rotate across key business areas
  •  Work on innovative, real world projects
  •  Learn from experienced engineers and technical leaders
  •  Receive structured training and mentorship

Disciplines considered

Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering, Light and Heavy Current Control Systems Engineering BSc Environmental Sciences

Minimum requirements

  •   South African citizenship
  •   Matric with 70 percent or higher in Maths and Science
  •   Engineering Diploma or Degree with 65 percent or higher average

The bursary covers

  •   Full tuition fees
  •   Accommodation and meals at university residence rates
  •   Vocational work exposure during mid-year and December recess

Beyond financial support, bursary recipients gain developmental exposure and may be considered for employment within PG Group after completing their studies.

Minimum requirements

  •   Second year full time university student
  •   70 percent average in Matric
  •   65 percent average in first year results
  •   South African citizen
  •   Aged 18 to 28

Learnerships

We offer hands on technical and operational experience across our divisions nationwide.

Opportunities may include

Production Operations Management Industrial Engineering P1 and P2 Analytical Chemistry P1 and P2 Auto Glass Technician

Minimum requirements

  •   50 percent or higher in Matric Maths and English
  •   South African citizen aged 18 to 35
  •   TVET N3 and above where applicable
