Our 12-month rotational Graduate Development Programme places you inside a world class manufacturing environment where engineering, technology and operational excellence come alive.
You will:
- Rotate across key business areas
- Work on innovative, real world projects
- Learn from experienced engineers and technical leaders
- Receive structured training and mentorship
Disciplines considered
Minimum requirements
- South African citizenship
- Matric with 70 percent or higher in Maths and Science
- Engineering Diploma or Degree with 65 percent or higher average

Bursary

Fields of study
The bursary covers
- Full tuition fees
- Accommodation and meals at university residence rates
- Vocational work exposure during mid-year and December recess
Beyond financial support, bursary recipients gain developmental exposure and may be considered for employment within PG Group after completing their studies.

- Second year full time university student
- 70 percent average in Matric
- 65 percent average in first year results
- South African citizen
- Aged 18 to 28
Learnerships
We offer hands on technical and operational experience across our divisions nationwide.
